Natural Ways To Do Dandruff Treatment At Home






Dandruff is an annoying hair condition for many. It not only irritates the scalp but at the same time, it also leads to dry hair and extensive hair fall. Here are a few simple natural remedies to get rid of dandruff.

Multani Mitti or Fuller’s Earth
Multani mitti is great in making your hair dandruff free. It also treats dry hair by providing nourishment to your hair and makes it soft and smooth.

 Mix a considerable amount of multani mitti with water and a few drops of lemon juice
Apply this mixture directly on your scalp and hair
Allow it to sit for at least 20 minutes
Wash it off with plain water
Aloe Vera
Aloe vera is highly regarded for its anti-bacterial and anti-fungal properties. It provides nutrients to the hair and treats dryness. It also provides effective relief from itchy scalp which is a common dandruff symptom.

 Extract a good amount of aloe vera gel from an aloe vera plant
Apply this directly on your scalp
Leave it on for some time and wash
Baking Soda
Baking soda is highly effective in treating dandruff due to its anti-fungal properties. It reduces dandruff and gently exfoliates the skin. It also relieves skin irritation and makes the hair strong and healthy.

Wet your hair completely
Now apply generous amounts of baking soda directly to your wet hair
Massage it for a few minutes
Allow it to sit for a minute or two
Wash it off with regular shampoo
Curd
The curd is a well-known remedy for treating dandruff at home. It is known to effectively remove dandruff after only a few applications. Curd also gives a good feel to your hair, making it look smooth and shiny. It adds healthy nutrients to your hair.

Apply curd directly to your scalp and hair (home-made curd is preferable)
Allow it to sit for at least an hour
Wash it off with a mild shampoo (herbal shampoo is preferable)
Try this treatment at least once every week

Apple Cider Vinegar
Apple cider vinegar is acidic in nature. This helps it to stimulate the scalp and hair. It also helps to remove dead skin cells. It restores the pH balance of the scalp.

Add a few tablespoons of apple cider vinegar to your regular shampoo
Mix it well and use it every time you shampoo your hair
Alternatively,

Mix apple cider vinegar with a few drops of essential oil
Apply this on your scalp and hair
Leave it on for a few minutes and wash it off
Orange Peel
Orange peel is rich in Vitamin C. It is known to remove dandruff from the hair to make it dandruff free. It also nourishes the hair.



Peel and orange and put the peel in a mixer
Also, add a few drops of lemon juice
Allow it to mix until it forms a paste
Apply this on your scalp
Allow it to sit for 30 minutes and then wash it off with plain water


Treating dandruff at home is not a huge problem. These few simple remedies will help you conquer dandruff problems effectively and provide you with long-term results.
